I have only had my mortgage with this company for less then a year, and so far my experience has not been a good one. PRMI made an extra payment in error towards my homeowners insurance in June, which caused my escrow shortage to increase. I was advised by PRMI to get that extra payment back. Once that was done to then have it be applied back towards my escrow. This was in August.
