I received notification Dec 2021 that my loan with PRMI was sold to ****** *** & that my Feb 2022 payment would be paid to a different servicer. After confirming with ****** ********** I made my Feb payment to my new servicer. Although I paid all my payments that were due to PRMI in a timely manner, they insist they are due ************ I have tried numerous times to resolve this but their incompetence is astounding. I got sucked into a loan with Primary Residential Mortgage *** and God help me what a mistake that was. My bank account was hacked and I had to close the account that paid my mortgage payment. Since then I have tried repeatedly to contact PRMI to update my status. Besides not letting me log in (after recovering my log in data and using their provided PW) and numerous Phone calls without answering the phone or repeated hang-*** I am now being billed a late charge. Run......... I regret with all my heart that my load officer ********* with this company You have to spend almost a day or 2 two to get in touch with customer servicer also, they always forget to paid home insurance. My insurance agent almost lost her s*** with customer service. Oh, wait good luck trying to get an escrow analysis.

The customers insurance agent contacted PRMI on December 13th, 2021, as payment was not received. The agent was informed we did not disburse due to PRMI had not received the renewal ****, which is required to issue payment. The agent sent the renewal policy, along with an overnight address to Servicing on December 20th, 2021. Payment was disbursed on December 21st, 2021 and sent via overnight. All this time making my payments a month in advance. New year comes and they lost one of my money orders and charging me extra when I put all four money orders in the envelope. **************** ***** talked to ******* or ***** he needs more training. I asked to speak with a supervisor and he did not allow me to. Terrible company to do business with. Ready to go with someone else on my home. Just Horrible.

This has been the worst first time buyer experience! I've been dealing with this company for 2 years and the customer service has been absolutely terrible. They are very difficult to contact and when you finally get someone they give misleading information from different people. My mortgage hasn't been reevaluated correctly since I've received the loan. At the moment I've changed my homeowners insurance from escrow to out of pocket but my mortgage payments do not reflect and I have not been reimbursed. I've called and sent s... read more

01/14/2022 A corporate website submission was received from the borrower regarding the removal of HOI from their loan and frustrations with our customer service being unreachable. Email response was sent to borrower apologizing for the frustrations. Steps were provided on how to request homeowners insurance to be removed from the escrow impound account. 01/17/2022 Copy of insurance policy was sent by the agent to PRMI, which included total premium with balance still due. Awful customer service, that only care about your money, not you, never dealt with someone so inconsiderate on the other end of a phone call. Imagine being 19 and doing all you can to finally obtain a mortgage, and you have to deal with these **** munchers, worst mortgage company Ive even heard of or dealt with, please stay away for your own mental health!!!!

I have been trying to work with them for two weeks, with different representatives telling me different things. I received a phone call one day saying the one bedroom home I was looking to build was not worth processing for, that I would not get approval and it was a waste of time because of the size. They told me I was not approved and then redacted it. Our "One Time Close" team has tried to work with ********* since 11/29 and did have some concerns regarding the place and size she wanted to build along with the amount of the mortgage applied for. We asked for documentation from the builder and the ability to find some comparable homes for accurate value. The impact fees that will come along with the purchase of the actual home when built. Please dont get them! Please get any one else by primary! They suck! They never did an escrow analysis and I over paid almost $10,000. They forgot to pay my mortgage insurance 3 times. I had to change 3 different times because they never made a payment. and everyone would cancel on me. They blamed me for it. Dont get them.

PRMI received a State Auto policy effective 4/2/2021 on 5/25/2021. On 6/16/2021 I e-mailed the borrower to confirm the switch from Berkshire to State Auto with no response until 6/18. On 6/18/2021 we called State Auto and paid the policy with credit card. they took the payment and then reimbursed the card saying the policy had to be paid with check if payment was from the mortgage company.
