Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac should investigate this fraudulent "company" - Billy******** and associates in Loveland, Colorado are committing fraud, forging signatures on documents we did NOT authorize on and fabricating numbers on their loans. I can't even give 1 star for PRMI. If you are in and around Nashville, please do not use PRMI in Brentwood. The Branch Manager there is extremely rude and got me at a crucial time and increased the rate and added points 3 days before closing. His emails and calls were very rude. Never thought of customer service. He delayed the closing by 3 business days and added .75 points at the last minute and sent me an email saying if you accept or withdraw the loan. Borrower's rate was not increased it was actually decreased by .125% so that the loan could be approved due to a higher debt to income ratio for some undisclosed debt. Borrower changed down payment as he had less money to put down than at the beginning of the loan. All of this taken into account the branch had to re-structure the loan to make it work. In May 2021 I started a home purchase with Primary Residential Mortgage. Inexperienced at least 4 closing postponements, which actually saved me from making a giant mistake. An appraisal was ordered and came in at 500.00 above asking price. A month later I was told another appraisal was needed due to PA law. This second appraisal came in 40,000 below asking price.
