I can't even begin to describe all of the problems we've encountered with PRMI. ******* Branch Manager *********************** is by far the worst human I've ever dealt with. I contacted him regarding an *************** became very defensive. I was told to "Shut my mouth." and "You never shut up." Watch your back with these guys they will stop payments on your insurance policy through your escrow account hoping you do not react in time and your policy cancels THEN they charge you for an insurance policy that is 4 times the amount you paid previously.
JUST STAY AWAY THEY ARE SCAMMERS ABD LIERS. (They ignore calls and Take advantage of PEOPLE!!!)People do not deal with Primary Residential Mortgage I promise they will take advantage of you. After having for 2 years our escrow review was raised so high i cannot afford my home. Taxes and insurance only raised nominally. I asked that my escrow review be billed separately so I could pay from tax refund so I don't continue to receive late fees and they said they will not do. Horrible service. First of all, monitor escrow better and treat people like you would like to keep them. I will be refinancing just to get different company

We missed one payment due to a family emergency and they didnt allow us to keep making our monthly unless we paid 2 months at once basically. I made several calls and nothing. Long story short, we had to filed a loss mitigation form and now we are over 2 months late because we werent allowed to keep paying. So far ******** has been helping us but we are still waiting on the decision on their decision. They should Not have any Stars at all! They are horrible and a bunch of scams! They treat Minorities horrible and They do not help at all with the *** loan it's a lie and they change the numbers when buying the home. We tried to make our monthly payments and we have proof they deny us. We need help!!!
