highly unprofessional practice. had x-rays 6 days ago and spent the last 3 days having to be the secretary for the imaging place and the Dr office begging for my results. requested a return call from my treating physician 3 separate days and still haven't heard back. this place sucks.
Husband and me are currently at Florlda Medical Center for his outpatient surgery. FMC, Surgeons office as well as US have been trying to obtain to make sure the Referral is sent on time since LAST WEEK!! All pre op clearance was done a week ago, but this place is HORRIBLE with following thru with Referrals....they dont, ANSWER THEIR PHONE, if you need a refill you gave to DRIVE TO THE OFFICE....BECAUSE THEY DON'T ANSWER THEIR PHONE!!! This is NOT the first time this has happened since my husband has been a patient there....... read more
They need to prepare a referral for post-up the moment the specialist's office request it or at least within 24hours. After all, it is (POST-UP). I am a post-up patient and needed authorization for follow-up, The Specialist Office and I called in on Friday, Feb. 07, 2020, at 11:00 am. My appointment was 11:00 am on Monday, Feb. 10th, 2020 and it's still nothing. I spoke with the Referral Dept. 3 times to make sure that the Referral was sent so I can have my procedure done on Wednesday Feb.12, 2020, and waited for 24 -30 minu... read more
Front office since merger is a total disaster. Maybe it will get better but I have my doubts.
New patient walks in to office, no one acknowledged her. Waiting room dirty, waited an hour an no one gave her new patient paperwork. Went to window to say we were leaving, again no acknowledgement! Left and no one has even called..... She is going Dr. Robert Perry now!

In and out, with all goals accomplished and paperwork and scripts in 45 minutes. Office also always comes through in a crisis! Love this place! I have been here 3 times, for 3 separate issues in 2017 and always received top notch service in a timely manner.
