Went for medical clearance with nurse practitioner. Nursing assistant and NP both stated I should have a cardiology clearance before they took my vitals or H&P. She decided I was hypertensive with BP 147/76. Usual BP 120's/70's but was having pain in left knee from meniscus tear. NP attempted repeating my BP a couple of times but kept holding/squeezing my arm while the auto BP machine was trying to take my pressure resulting in even higher results.
