11/07 Asked to email which I did last Thursday 07/07if it’s been read I can’t tell? Again no response. The doctors themselves absolutely superb, just getting vague responses from reception in regards to results even though I’ve expressed my concerns. Almost sounded condescending when she said sorry.
Been ringing since May for an appointment don't know how many voicemails I left then an email and no-one returned my call. I am a new patient who's been reffered from my GP and so I decided to ring again and leave a voicemail then someone called me back few days later she was very rude saying we have been very busy etc. There is no reason for anyone to be rude, I believe we are all busy and I'm sorry it shouldn't take 3 weeks for anyone to return a call and all I got was you will get a text and if you can't make that appoint... read more
