Hit and miss whether you see a vet you’ve seen before and also whether they treat your cat like they deserve. Some vets are amazing, others I think are just there for the dogs and don’t really want to be bothered with your cat. Some explain everything really thoroughly and you can tell they want to do the best job they can to help, others are just plain useless. This is the 2nd time we have needed to use Pride for a referral and given the option we wouldn't go anywhere else. Excellent service and feel happy leaving our dog in their care.

My cat was referred in emergency, the staff were understanding and caring. She was taken in quickly and had bloods and blood transfusion, as well as xray, ultrasound and bone marrow taken for testing. Very thorough and quick. I'm not a vet but I'd say they saved her life, as I really didn't expect her to come home with severe anaemia, little to no red cells, low white cells and platelets. Absolutely brilliant staff. We managed to catch an ill stray cat and took it to Pride. After weeks of trying to get him and refusals of help from animal charities & local vet practices this practice immidiately took him and did what needed to be done for him. All staff were fab, kind and helpful to him.
