I needed a pipe to the hose out back replaced because every time I turned the hose on it leaked into our house. Sam V. was here in a timely fashion. He was very polite. He knew right away what the problem was. He fully explained the problem then went on to explain how to avoid that same problem in the future. When he was done with the necessary work, he asked if I was satisfied with the work that had been done. I asked a lot of questions and he patiently answered them all. I would recommend Pride Plumbing and Sam V.

I needed a relatively small job done, including a replacement faucet and disposer. I figured it would be weeks before any plumbing outfit would spare a resource to come and do a job so small. I called Pride Plumbing on Saturday afternoon, spoke to Ross who told me he could have a guy here Monday. He explained that I don’t need to go to Lowe’s to pick up the parts, they have fully equipped trucks. This was the third time we've used Pride over the past few years. It's always a three step process: first they inspect to find the problem, second they tell you what they found and exactly what it will cost to fix, and finally they do the job. I would 100% recommend Pride Plumbing. I work crazy hours and was able to make an appointment for someone to come and look at my leaky bathtub right away. Eddie was great while he was here and showed me all of the possibilities of what he could possibly run into. He was efficient, professional, and did great work!
