RecommendedNick A. was very thurough and explained what was needed . he changed what he was putting into the toilet when he saw that the floor was higher than usual. He explained the change and why. He completed the three jobs very well and tested each to be sure it was working right. I would recommend Pride to anyone and would be glad to have Nick back for future work

The technician, Josh T. Was on time and his work was meticulous and done with professionalism.
I was extremely impressed with the technician, Sam S., who showed up on time to address what I believed was a plumbing issue. His honesty was really a very rare treat these days. Instead of giving me a costly bill for repairs I did not need - he investigated, gave me his honesty and pointed out that the issue was simply a dislodged condensation hose! Efficiently to clean up 5 gallons of a leaking water tank- professional, highly knowledgeable, educated my mother on her new tank, pros and cons of selection were provided to her thoroughly. We had our first great experience with Pride last week when although there were no appointments available, a technician took time to call with recommendations of what we could try to solve our problem. Our problem with our water heater persisted and today Sam Scalise came fix it. He went above and beyond to help us, which is much appreciated and we would highly recommend Pride and Sam!

Our hot water tank stopped working and we couldn't get the pilot to stay lit. Pride came out and found the thermocouple was bad. He replaced and said we should have hot water within about 11/2hrs. Still no hot water, husband checked and pilot went out again. It's July 4th weekend. Got a hold of our tech via Facebook and he came back after normal business hours to try and get it working! Pros: Eddie came to our house today and was professional, clean, organized and efficient. I felt totally comfortable leaving him alone to do his work Cons: Price - Pride Plumbing of Rochester is using a flat rate pricing method where the cost for the work at out house ended up being very high. It was $950 to change an outdoor faucet and replace a 3/4" gate valve with a 3/4" ball valve. I left the work area open and clean and the two locations of work were very easily accessible.
