RecommendedPeople that owned the house before us drilled the Thermostat into the main waste line. Called Pride Plumbing and Eddie who was knowledgable about the best ways to fix, he came over the next day and fixed quickly. The price was reasonable and work done quickly and correctly.

Pride Plumbing's response time on a Sunday was amazing. The technician (Sam) was great and did a fantastic job. My only complaint is pricing. My total bill was close to $400 (which included a $90 service charge which I am fine with), the job had less than $15 in materials and took Sam just over an hour. So, I paid close to $300 in labor for a one hour job, which is extremely expensive.

Bathroom tub was leaking from a corroded pipe that was many years old. Eddie came to the house and was able to explain the problem and how to fix it, Eddie also replaced the tub drain . Eddie was very respectful of our carpeting and continued to wear covers on his shoes. Very nice person.

Our hot water heater was leaking and we needed someone to come replace it. We called Pride Plumbing and they came a few hours later. David and Scott were very friendly and explained what needed to be done. They finished the job in a timely manner and laid down a tarp to avoid any mess when bringing the old hot water heater out. I would recommend Pride Plumbing to anyone in Rochester in need of plumbing services!
