RecommendedWe had a problem with our downstairs toilet and needed a plumber. We called Pride at 10:00am and at 11:45 they were at our house. The gentleman gave us an estimate, then asked if we minded if he took a short lunch and of course we said no problem..he was back by 1:30 and worked effortlessly until our problem was solved..this poor guy never left our home until 6:45..he was very neat,professional and extremely polite..cleaned up after himself ..would highly recommend these people to anyone that might need their service..
This is the second time that I have had to rely on Pride Plumbing within the last year. The first time was for a sump pump replacement. This time I noticed a wet spot on the ceiling of my kitchen that doubled in size within 12 hours. I called Pride Plumbing, they had Dave V. at my house within 3 hours. Dave located the leak and repaired the joint that was the culprit. Professional, pleasant and prompt describes Steve Clark and Pride Plumbing! In the future, I intend to be calling Pride Plumbing of Rochester first for my plumbing needs. Steve came by to quote a replacement job on the main drainage system leading out to our septic line. He arrived promptly in a work van loaded with all the material necessary to complete the job. After agreeing to the quote, he immediately set to work finishing the job without delay in under 3 hours.
Tyler installed a new hot water heater to replace our old leaking one. He was here on time, worked quickly and neatly and showed me how to re-light it (which I truly appreciated). Good worker. Will use Pride Plumbing for any future plumbing needs!
I am so pleased with the work done in my home, this company could not have picked a more perfect name. David V. has done a couple of projects for me and I'm above and beyond happy with the end results. David recently installed a whole house water filter, after the job was done he took his time explaining every lever and function. I found out through David that Pride Plumbing also remodels kitchens and bathrooms so guess who's getting a new kitchen. If you want the job done right call Pride Plumbing.
