RecommendedWe called Pride Plumbing to service our tankless water heater and fix a leak in our shower. Keith arrived and was quick to the task. He assessed the situation, gave us a quote, and offered us several options. Two and a half hours later, we had a clean tankless water heater ( yes, they take a long time to service) and a leak free shower! Thank you Keith for your kind, courteous service. We will definitely use Pride Plumbing again!

We contacted Pride Plumbing in a non-emergency situation and they made it a priority to do the assessment and fixed our issue and did a very good overall assessment, Our service person Ken Yonda was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions.

We asked them to come and check on installing a shower in a bathroom with "interesting" plumbing. They called ahead and told us they were on the way. They had to remove the toilet and check the plumbing to determine if they could help us and how much if would cost. They also put in a toilet in another bathroom. David Valle did an excellent job! Sunday morning we woke up to a flooded basement. Googled and found Pride Plumbing. I appreciate their expedited phones calls to us and explain the process on what they could do on Sunday or offered to come out first thing Monday morning. Doing this we were able to save money on the service call. The rep called 30 minutes prior to his arrival. Ken from Pride Plumbing was our savior this morning. We discovered a main sewer drainage problem late last night. We called at 6:30 ish this morning and were surprised to get a live person on the phone! Within an hour Ken arrived. He was professional, courteous, personable and explained what he thought needed to be done.
