Spent 8 hours in A&E then spent over 2hours waiting for Meds cause of poor communication.
Like the previous reviewers, expect to add an hour to your hospital visit just to collect your prescription. Not enough staff and time stands still once your script is through the window. Onside parking is currently a maximum 1.5 hours. So very stressful. The pharmacy has been moved from the main hospital entrance, so a long walk too. You have no option of a green 'out of hospital' prescription. Service is incredibly slow and frustrating.
Almost no sighs in the hospital. Just amlessly walking about. Only person waiting and still took 45
They moved to have more space and yet seem to have less seats? How's that work?
Absolute pi55 take . Nowhere near enough staff and it’s painful watching the ones that are there , I don’t know how people can work or move so slowly . Needs tendering out to a company that is prepared to pay for more staff
