No haste from the staff at all, physically slow and make no changes to their pace of work seeing a que of customers. Completely unacceptable for simple script of pain meds, which should be as simple as pulling off the shelf.
Pride Pharmacy moved from its place in RDH main entrance to King’s Treatment Centre but no improvement in service I’m afraid. I went to pick up prescription at 8.45am today, before attending a clinic. No one waiting but was told there was a 30 minute wait so would be better to come back later. Have now been waiting in a queue for 25 minutes! Not enough staff for the huge volume of prescriptions they handle. Also, why KTC? Very slow, apparently disorganized service. Hopefully it gets better with the move.
Absolute shambles, no sense of urgency from the one staff member they had serving a massive queue of people. Took nearly an hour to pick up the medication even though it was "ready for collection"
This is just awful. I placed a prescription yesterday to collect today because I couldn’t wait for 50 minutes to collect it. I have now stood in a queue with just one member of staff serving for the last 25 minutes. People are queuing for 30 minutes to just hand in a prescription. There is no separate collection window of the public. Things have to improve surely.
