Good experience in my employment so far, company is facing same sector pressures as others, but we are always trying to adapt to ensure the best for staff and service users. New office structures in place for support and guidance. Friendly atmosphere.
This company has a VILE, unknowledgable management.. They owe and are governed by a legal requirement to insure that they're employees are safe and well at all times.( Non driver employees are taken on by this company who tell them that they will be,Will be put with full shift drivers from pickup to end of shift ) From the time any employee leaves their home to go to work their also under the care of said employer.. Having worked at Pride in Care for over a year and a half, I commend the hardworking support workers and office staff. Social care as a whole at the moment is under immense pressure and I know how hard all of our employees work to maintain a high standard of care and practice. I enjoy working with my colleagues.
