We are very pleased with rental management service provided by Price Wallace. On change of tenants, the checkout process is done well, with reimbursement for damage, etc handled efficiently. Repairs and refurbishments are carried out quickly so there is a minimum gap between tenants. Finding of a new tenant is always quick and price obtained is excellent. They have a knack for finding good, reliable tenants; all repairs and potential problems are carried out in good time and at a reasonable cost. Added to which, communication is always, friendly and professional. An all round excellent service!
