Crooks. Stay away unless you like being lied to and sold used cars that have an accident on its record-WHICH IS HIGHLY ILLEGAL. I was lied to. To top it off, after having transmission problems, service department could not "find" a problem with the car UNDER WARRANTY. I'm sure if I gave them cash to find and fix the problem, it would have been resolved. After 5 trips to the service department and 5 rental cars in a two month period, I gave up. Good luck trying to get a call back folks. Left 5 messages for 3 different managers ( sean, homer, and chuck) 2 weeks ago and still waiting for a return call. Once they have their money i guess the customer service ends. I have run 4 car dealerships and wold lose my mind if my MANAGERS couldnt take 2 minutes to call someone back. Cant wait for the survey to come
The process of leasing my vehicle was extremely easy and everything was worked out as I liked. My downfall is that it's been a month since I made my purchase and have yet to receive my check from my trade in (since I was getting money back) and no one seems to want to call me back or give me any information. One person told me at most a week, another two to three weeks, and last it could be more than a month. Yet no straight answers or whereabouts of the check. My wife and I walked onto the lot pretty late in the day just to test drive a Ford Flex. We were greeted by Mustafa who was very friendly and very knowledgable of the Flex vehicles. I must say it was not until we went inside to "crunch some numbers" did Mustafa ask about money/financing. If you know about buying cars you know about the pitfall of "what monthly payment do you want?" Or the dreaded 4 square routine. Mustafa did none of these.
