I came by today to look at the new explorers. I started looking at the 2016 new and the sales person shared that so I asked to see a 2017. He takes me to a used 2017. "Discounted" I again asked to see a new 2017 and he takes me over to one and it is locked. waistung my timr apperently. I told him I wanted a loaded 4x4. I have done some research online with cost and again he made me feel like I couldn't afford it. DUMB ASS WILLING TO PAY CASH. YOUR LOSS.
Went in for Service..the rep told me it would take up to four hours to complete. I was pleasantly surprised when it took only two hours. Hence ,since I was waiting for my car..I was surprised and very pleased.. my only issue is? My vehicle wasn't washed or cleaned on the inside.. most dealerships wash the cars after that been serviced. Prior to returning them to the customers.

I was a happy customer with the service you guys provided 2 weeks ago when I came in on August 27th and purchased a used 2007 F150 from your company. But there were issue with the engine, so your sale manager offer to replace it with an 05 F150.
