Sad to see change in ownership. No more free oil changes and did not even send letters to let anyone know. They just left it up to the Service Adviser to tell you when you come in. I believe the new owners should have sent letters out to show good business but it appears they would rather hide behind there employees. Service department closed Sundays now too and with what I believe a lot more changes to come. Will not recommend to anyone I know anymore better to head down the road a little
I buy a truck from here almost on a yearly basis, and it's the best service I have ever had when buying a vehicle. Went back after it changed ownership and their life time oil change was taken away, to me that's just business, I'm not there for that, I'm there for the great deals with no hassle and no B.S. and the service that I get every time I go back. Thank you Josh Lewis, Dylan and Peter Atwal for always taking care of me, my company and my agents.
I bought our car here and came in to find out the dealership had been sold and the agreement I make when purchasing our car for the lifetime oil changes is no longer. With our car only having 22k on it it's a significant cost added to us that should not have happened. Also we had a recall on our car-running fine with no problems now having been back 4 times to re fix you have forever lost a ford customer. This was one of the things in winning me back to ford. I'm done never to buy another ford again.
