Service is slow and horrible. Always people coming in upset
We were long time customers of Patchetts ford. We bought many personal and work vehicles over the past 15 years from them. Price is not honoring the free oil change for life policy. We get a transition of 5 free and then we have to pay. RIP off.
I liked it better when it was Patches Ford home of the free oil change, I wish they would carry that over
We went looking for a truck for my fiancé ...while he was looking I spotted the Explorers...fell in Love with one. It was such an easy transaction trading my GMC for it. The guys there were great, and easy to work with. We returned the next day and purchased the Truck with a much greater ease....I would recommend this dealership when looking for a great Ford Vehicle...A five high 5 and 5 Stars... Thanks Guys !!!
I loved Patchetts ford...but not happy with Price ford changing their oil change for life policy. One of the reasons I purchased a ford...I have already called FMC and filed a complaint and know others who may do so as well....if you are unhappy you should call as well 800-392-3673 I only gave them 1 star so that I could write a review!
