Thank you to the Service Department! You were very gracious to check my 2016 Escort for suspension, the balance on the tires, etc. My father-in-law, who just moved in with us, had complained about the ride. Then he drove his OWN vehicle around (a Windstar), and discovered it isn't the cars, it's the ROADS! You took the time to check it out and do a test drive, and didn't charge me anything!! That's amazing, and very much appreciated!

I was just at the FORD like 40 minutes ago and it was really awesome they take care of they're business so so good that I went and trade from an 2015 Ford Escape to an 2017 Ford Explorer.
