Josh was amazing! Our neighbour had a dangerous and emergent issue with her boiler, but before even having time to call out an emergency plumber, Josh was able to talk us through how to get the boiler to a point of safety over the phone. This really took a lot of stress and anxiety away. Josh is putting a new meaning to the term "on-call"!!

We had the team out to fix a faulty pump and convert our hybrid system (3 port & 2 port valves) to an S Plan (3 x 2 port valves). Now the C/H, H/W and underfloor heating all work independently. With the new pump and solely S Plan system, heat is going where it's needed and not wasted, which has restored the C/H back to working order. The team are professional, courteous, and show care for your property.

Had Prewers Plumbing install a Nest thermostat for a single radiator, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The team was professional, efficient, and left everything spotless.
