Terrible and negligent….form over substance. Ignored a basic PSA reading of mine back in January 2023 and did not refer me for specialist urological investigation despite own guidelines. Referral only happened during my June 2024 health assessment which led to the detection of prostate cancer. Investigation has led to prostate surgery. Brilliant clinic. It is like being in a five star hotel. The staff also go above and beyond to help and support you. Hannah the clinic manager clearly leads by example and is a real asset to this place.
I had a fantastic experience with the Preventicum team for a contrast Cardiac MRI. Everything was so well explained, the care was extremely personal and it was and comfortable and relaxing as any MRI could be. Thank you to the team.
Really disappointed that they would not want to do a consultation to determine what tests are appropriate for my specific case. Their take-it-or-leave-it package approach is really unhelpful.
