The experience of attempting to get an appointment is extremely stressful. If you are successful you will be lucky to have your appointment at Preston Road. If you do you will find the waiting room with no more than 2 people but seating for 20+. Something is wrong here.
Always a positive experience
I called today to advise I was fairly certain I had an infection in my leg and that I could do with antibiotics. No appointments for a couple of days and could I fill in an econsult. I couldn’t find that and as I am in a fair amount of pain, I went to the walk in Centre. (I didn’t walk as I couldn’t ) 15 minutes later I’m seen and prescribed antibiotics. Advice to others.
