I can not recommend Tasneem enough. You are put at ease straight away and everything is explained clearly. I wanted to cut down on my chocolate intake and have not had any since my first appointment seven weeks ago. I have also stopped eating crisps and rarely have bread now. The sessions are really positive and relaxing. I find myself opening up to Tasneem about my problems with food.
I cannot recommend Tasneem enough! I'm going to get extremely open and honest here so you can really understand the effect of her therapy. I know a few people can feel intimated or spectical about hypnotherapy because it has a bad reputation or precieved to be something else. What is it?
