Irene was simply amazing! From the first time I visited the centre to the last exchange of purchase, Irene spent time to explain in detail how the process works and how the device itself works also. I visited today to discuss custom hearing protection. The recommended product ACS 27 and procedure to take impression where explained in detail. I was fortunate in that there was the opertunity to have the impression taken without having to make an appointment and come back. The impression was taken in a relaxed atmosphere with the process explained at each stage. I then had the choice of choosing the colour and corded or non corded for the protection.
