Great communication, attentive customer service, and awesome people to work with. I had some short-term parking that I needed to get sorted out and they hooked me up!
I called to set up storage and spoke with Lenaya. She was incredibly helpful and walked me through the whole process. Very reasonable prices and very easy to work with! Highly recommend to anyone.
Very professional. The units are clean and efficient. The staff is very helpful. Security is great.
I rented from this company online without seeing the units first, and I would have to say I am pleasantly surprised with how clean our unit was, a new lock/key set was in the unit when we arrived as promised. The only thing I will say is we've been there several times and the gate is always open, I'm not sure if it's broken or maybe stuck open but it needs to be maintained to work again properly. I've tried called the number several times but it just rings, which is why I am only giving 4 stars.
