Tom and his team are absolute legends. I called him on Saturday morning about a roofing issue and the next day, we had scaffolding erected and the problem sorted in less than a week. Tom kept me informed every step of the way and provided ample photos and videos about the progress. Every time he told he was going to do something, he delivered.
