The service was amazing from start to end. The customer service when I called was brilliant with everything being explained in detail for me. Mo came to clean the sofa, he was really friendly, explained the process well and gave us loads of friendly advice about maintaining the sofa. Great service, the guys are really professional and got the carpet so much cleaner than I thought was possible after I had a flood. Would recommend them to anyone.
Could not be happier with the service I received today! My flat has just undergone cladding remediation and I have a dog who loves to get mucky, and you could see all of that in my carpets and rug. Mo came and cleaned them and honestly they look brand new. Cannot believe the difference it made, I had been seriously considering throwing out my rug which would have cost me about £700 to replace, I'm so grateful I didn't.
