I bought vitax tree wash because my cherry tree suffered badly from a parasite causing the top leaves to wrap up and stunting the growth. I used as directed and this year the tree grew 18 inches and no sign of trouble.

Received items but one was taped up over a huge split and not a full packet due to leakage. Emailed them 3 times with no response. In the end I phoned them and he offered straight away to send a replacement for the broken one which arrived on time. Obviously they sent out a split and taped packet which is wrong. The powder had leaked everywhere and royal mail had to seal in one of their clear envelopes. So negative feelings about sending that out and not responding to my 3 emails but at least they sent me a replacement event... read more
Dreadful online service, item was marked as shipped but it hadn't been. Had to send 3 emails before I eventually got a response. Asked for full refund and won't be shopping here again.
