A total rip-off! Stay Well away!! Ordered flowers in good time for my Mothers 95th Birthday. The day before they were due to arrive the Royal Mail tracking information advised they wouldn't arrive until the day after they were due. Rang Customer Services who could not have been less interested or concerned saying best ring if they don't turn up. Placed a order for a large bouquet and received 3 roses and few brambles. Emailed and sent messages but had no response. don't use this company
AVOID Ordered the “florist choice” flowers and the 5th picture is what I received. There is literally 3 roses in and a small bunch carnations and the rest are gap fillers and don’t even blossom!! I’ve emailed to ask for a refund as I’ve paid £32 for these and I’m sorry but there not even worth £10 considering there’s no flowers in it!! My partner ordered me a £30 bouquet of flowers,the standard was absolutely disgusting. 3 roses the rest were just filler that doesn’t blossom. she complained and they claimed ‘they were up to standard’ but this was NOT the case. absolute rip off and shouldn’t even still be running by the look of all the other reviews.
I would not use Prestige Flowers for your flowers. I had flowers delivered to my daughter, and they arrived on 2nd September, delivered by the Post Office. I am attaching a photo my daughter sent me to say thank you. What a disgraceful display.
