Everyone is so nice. I purchased a 2011 Mitubishi Endeavor in July 2015 from them. The entire group was AMAZING! Easy purchase/transaction. Finance did awesome job getting me a low interest rate. I took my SUV to them today for services with no appointment. They accommodated me and the entire staff was GREAT and CURTIOUS!!!

unhappy but not unexpectedly so, I expect to be mad when I leave....so I am not disappointed. They wanted to do $500 worth of 'work' to my car.....never mentioning the nail in my tire. I guess tire repair is not lucrative enough.
I love my Subaru, hate this dealership. They are a bunch a children running that place it's really embarrassing. They messed up all sorts of paperwork. They mailed my plates to me, for some odd reason, and sent them to the wrong address! I still don't have them. When my fiancé called n inquired he was given attitude from the GM over there and he hung up on my fiancé. Go to cherry hill Subaru if your thinking of purchasing one.
The management here is a disgrace, period. The only positive part of buys my CARS was dealing with Mary, she's awesome. Attitude, mistakes, lost license plates, and the run around is not what I came here for!!
