Prestige is by far the best Volkswagen Dealership ever. After visiting another Volkswagen Dealer in the area, I got nothing but the run-around. Please be careful when choosing a Subaru dealer for your car repairs. I trusted Prestige Subaru of turnersville, NJ and I couldn’t have been more wrong. I had an oil burning issue in my Subaru. I took it to Prestige after I make an appointment stating my issues with the vehicle. Upon their request I took it in for a diagnosis. They quoted me $2675.00 and i asked as many questions as I could and I thought my vehicle was on good hands but I couldn’t have been more wrong. Last month I ordered a new chip key from VW Turnersville. The VW rep quoted a price for the fob key and programming which I paid over the phone. Today when I collected the key, the service department said I had to pay again for the programming. I felt like I was being cheated, but my only alternative was to walk out with a useless fob key.
Took our VW Passat in because it would not pass NJ inspection, after three hours work and 140.00$ said it is good to be inspected. Had to take to a state inspection facility since Prestige doesn’t do inspections. Well it fail again with the same problem, of not able to read. Took it back to them and all they could say was to take it to a private inspection garage! You would think they would at least return our money as their work did absolutely nothing to pass inspection.!
