RecommendedSuch a wonderful experience with Prestige Subaru. Knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful staff helped make our car order/purchase an amazing and most importantly stress free experience. We can also not thank Jason Cohen, the salesman who helped us with our purchase, enough. He really made buying a car with Prestige a treat! Cannot recommend this dealership and salesman enough!
RecommendedWe could not be happier with how our purchase of our new 2019 Outback went. I am recovering from a bad accident and have some limitations, the whole staff was incredible in helping. We had to drop off the extra key to our trade and I had my service dog with us. They are incredible in handling service animals. What should have been a five minute drop off turned into about an hour because we had such a great time talking with the staff. Family owned dealership that treats people like family.
I brought my 2018 Forrester in mid day Monday, a pothole had eaten the right control arm. they said it would be done Tuesday, "maybe" Wednesday. I called Tuesday and was told definitely by 1 on Wednesday. I showed up at 1 and they had not started, saying they would "probably" be finished by the end of the day. I need to get home.

Understanding it was our first day looking for a new car; Zach as well as the staff of Prestige, took the time to answer our questions without any pressure. My husband and I ended up purchasing a beautiful 2019 Ascent Touring! The experience was so pleasant and uncomplicated, my brother purchased a car from Zach as well!
RecommendedSo I initially had a huge issue with them having my vehicle for a recall and over 28 days, just to get it back and have yet another error in less than 12 hours. I was so irritated. There still is a little disagreement about labor fees that should have been less as they were already in there yet I was still charged over $700 for them! RecommendedGreat experience with Dan at Prestige Subaru. I was a VIP program client so he was making no money off me but still treated my husband and I as if we were the most important people in the room. Smooth transaction, friendly staff and Dan texted me before I picked up my car to let me know they got one in my first choice color instead, and set it aside for me. Definitely a customer for life.
