I have been coming here for a little over a year to get my car serviced, I can not say enough about them. They have been great. I challenge anyone to find a better service /dealership.
Just bought my 2017 VW Beetle from Justin Barner from Prestige VW and couldn't be happier! This is the second time my family has purchased a vehicle here with Justin as the salesperson. He's really nice (a highly important quality in a salesperson), extremely patient, (went on multiple test drives while I chose a car model) makes sure to get you exactly what you want in a car/deal. I highly recommend both Justin Barner and Prestige VW.
Not a very good experience. Got my deal and when I added the trade they tried to add $995 to the original agreement and then tried to find an excuse for it when I caught it. I was smart enough to take pictures of the agreement so I had proof. Then he tried to say he wrote it on the wrong paper and when he realized he was caught he didn't want to talk about it anymore and walked away. Would not recommend this dealer. If you want a Subaru, find another dealership or make sure you check your agreement carefully before you sign.
Very friendly and clean. Noel is my go to person although everyone seems great! He is a great great person with a very friendly personality. I feel I can be a pain some time with my car issues but he assures me (not sure if he is telling the truth.. Lol) I'm not and helps me every single time with no problem. He is a great asset to that family. Good job in finding him. Also had many dealings with Chris and he is awesome too.. Good job
I was very happy to meet Justin and a few other employees at Prestige. The overall experience was very professional and prompt. Justin was knowledgeable about the cars he sells and was eager to help us. I did not feel pressured and the dealership met my expectations and needs.
