Very good staff work was well done my partner was pleased
Wanted to give it a bit of time before a put a review on. Got my car serviced and the issue fixed back in March 2025. My BMW series 2 coupe had issues with RPMs rising itself. The car sounded extremely loud went stationary and my fuel consumption at the time had increased. Went to two different garages who done services on the car and couldn’t point out what the issue was resulting with me wasting money on unnecessary oil /filter changes. Booked my CLA in for it's B service today. First time I've used Prestige. The staff were first class. They called me to confirm appointment beforehand and called on completion of the service. Friendly professional service from start to finish. Could not be happier. Would definitely recommend and will definitely use them again.
Phoned up to ask about a service ( gearbox ), they dont provide it but helped direct me to someone who did. So helpful thanks so much.
