No sales pressure from the staff. A very good choice of furniture. I was looking for a particular type of easy chair and found one at about half the price of national chains. Plus, free local delivery as opposed to about £100 with the nationals. Efficient, friendly service when placing the order, which was completed within a few days. Good after sales service too. Thank you.
