Verified Renter Living at Pressler apartments has been great! The friends I have made within the building is amazing, the leasing team especially Mary-Ann & Zach along with the service team Gelacio & Jim is top notch.
Verified Renter Loud. Getting unsafe in the garage with break is and hit and runs. Longer maintenance responses. No longer providing the same level of maintenance service. Huge rent increases!

Apt looks nothing like pics Do not live here. It’s a terrible location, too far to really be walkable … mgmt is horrible. Worst, the units look nothing like the model pics they show. Mine had hardwood floors w carpet in the bedroom & closet. Instead I got one w cement floors throughout. Not cool, loft style cement. Think Home Depot floors or parking decks. Moved out immediately.

Verified Renter Pressler Apts is a great property, with super friendly staff and residents. The location is perfect for getting anywhere in Austin in a hurry, with it being between Mopac and Downtown. I would recommend this place to everyone looking for a relaxing environment with very few problems.

Verified Renter The location of The Pressler is perfect for getting to MoPac and downtown as well as UT. We love the pool and use the other amenities often.
