Verified Renter Living at Pressler is actually incredible. The location is a dream. My husband and I both walk to our jobs downtown. There are so many fun things to do all the time. For the location, the apartment is surprisingly very quiet. We've never had trouble with noise which is really important to us. The only small negative is that a lot of residents have dogs and there is only one small grass area outside. Besides that, everything is great. The management and office employees are always so responsive and friendly!
Fantastic Apartments! Great location, constant improvements and an EXCELLENT staff! If you're looking for an apartment in the downtown Austin area that has great amenities and friendly residents, this is the place! BTW, free parking in their garage... try finding that at other apartments in downtown Austin. Awesome community!

Right in Downtown The Pressler apartments are at an amazing location very close to downtown, just a ten minute walk away from West 6th Street for some great nightlife. The facilities are beautiful. There's a great indoor courtyard with a pool, lounge chairs, and a grill, great for those hot Texas summers.
