Verified Renter The maintenance guy is great. I love the location as well. The building is weathered and for the rent being charged the window cleanliness and the community events could be better.

Verified Renter I was very pleased with the ease of my move in, I was out of state and was not going to be able to make it down to Austin prior to see properties. I was pleased with the virtual tour and they laid their availability in my price range out. Move in was made easy when the day came and I’ve been very pleased with the overall experience.

Verified Renter I am truly enjoying my Pressler experience. The fact that it is within walking distance of not only downtown Austin but also Lady Bird Lake trails is absolutely amazing. The staff here is extremally helpful and diligent. Any time I have an issue or a question they are able to get me and answer or a situation resolved right off the bat.
