Verified Renter The Pressler is the absolute best location. It is within walking vicinity to many delicious restaurants and easy accessible to the walking trail and Mopac. The resort style pool is amazing and it has a great gym. Our apartment is great as well, large living room space and kitchen. Wish there was a little more storage room & updated light fixtures in the bedroom / bathroom. Face the side of the train but can’t even hear it from the bedroom. Overall great experience!
Verified Renter Great neighborhood. Great neighbors. Noisy if you live facing the street and train but onlly when you open the balcony. Otherwide it's fine. I am on the 5th level so think it's ok. The space is huge almost 1000sq ft for a 1bd!
Verified Renter Good complex. Gym could be bigger the office center and work space are never used. Used that to expand the gym and would be great downtown place to live. It’s away from everything so quiet but still walkable to everything
Verified Renter The building and appliances are dated and things seem to be breaking quite regularly around here but I like the location and the maintenance team, so overall it’s still ok for the price.

Verified Renter Pressler is awesome due to the staff alone. They care for it as if they owned it. Gelacio is amazing. He gets things done quickly and accurately. Jess gets the apartments ready to MOVE IN. Geoff at the front desk doesn’t miss a step. Move in is smoothe and stress free.

Verified Renter Best place to live. Big pool compared to other places in downtown Austin. Fees are better than other buildings. Great access to restaurants and bars and the trail.
