Verified Renter I like this location: the activity on 6th St (retail, restaurants, businesses, etc) are coming toward this building at a rapid pace. There's easy access to MoPac and Lake Austin Blvd. It's a 10 min walk to Whole Foods, 15 min to Trader Joes, and 20 min to the Library and Town Lake Y. Very cool.
Verified Renter Property is well kept and safe. Updates have been made to the units. Kitchens and bathrooms could use a refresh but a great place to live in downtown Austin.

Verified Renter The Pressler is in a great location. It's only15 min drive to any of the shopping areas I need, from South Austin to Research Boulevard. It's a very walkable downtown with Whole Food a 5 min walk away, Trader Joe's 15 min, and surrounded by miles of hiking/running trails.

Verified Renter There are tenants who do not clean up after their dogs, but overall its a decent apartment. Washer and dryer in unit was a godsend. The neighborhood is nice, walkable luxuries in the area. A little expensive, prices fluctuate.
