The premium car parks subscription and app is really simple to set up and use to get a cheaper price for parking. I did have a problem in a car park with the APR camera scanning my number plate wrong and not letting me out the car park, however, their customer services team is really helpful and sorted the problem very quickly and efficiently. I recommend signing up and using the app.
Customer service is responsive. Very useful info on the website and the app. Registering is very simple. App is simple and it does the job. This is the actual business we need in the UK. Would recommend it to anyone.

Very quick to setup an account with and good choice of car parks to pick from! Customer service rep Emily was really friendly, helpful and quick to respond to my queries online and over the phone!
Parking rates are excellent and the staff at premium car carks are excellent and very helpful if you ever have any queries especially Sean who has been fab!
