Very rude and doesn't even bother to show you the flat or even give you proper time to check the flat on your own. Please stay away.
They don’t fix any requests, the definition of painting over the cracks.
Rented a property through Premier Let for just shy of 6 years. During that time the original landlord sold the property to someone who was purchasing the flat as buy to let. Premier Let took care of everything and helped me through the transition ensuring I wasn't evicted. My rent was very reasonable with only one small increase during my full stay and that was mere months before I moved out.
