No aceptan cash! Si no tienes tarjeta tienes que comprar una ahí, que solo acepta 10, 20 osea que si tu compra a de 15, ya te fregaste hasta que vuelvas a ir y poder usar los 5 sobrantes. Nos dieron el ticket mal, era para otra función, el personal no resuelve nada, parecen estatuas atrás del mostrador, no tienen sentido común para resolver! Un desastre el personal!
AC in imax theater wasnt working and no ice in the soda machines and only one soda machine was working. Terrible experience
They should have warned us before the movie started that the theater's air conditioning wasn't working. They did offer rain checks if we wanted to attend a different showing, but unfortunately we had already made plans to see this movie. The attendant told us the A/C in that theater had been out for a couple of days, which says a lot about the management's handling of the situation. We often go to the theater to escape the heat, but instead we ended up sitting in what felt like 90-degree temperatures inside the auditorium. V... read more
Staff and facilities are great. IMAX picture quality is absolutely unacceptable. Upgrade those old xenons
