I would put 0 star if I could. They confirmed a visit for us and once we arrived, they acted as if they had tried to reach us and cancel the visit, while they were not even able to tell our name or number. The worst thing is that they don’t even seem to care and they don’t even apologize. All in all, unprofessional, unorganized, and rude. You would better avoid this place.

Held our deposit for no reason. Remember to appeal on TDS NI if they hold your deposit. Make sure you have proofs to justify your side. We just got the decision.
