We used Ryan as our solicitor during the purchase of our first flat. As FTB, we were quite stressed about the whole process and Ryan was always available and able to answer all our questions thoroughly. He replied to our emails very promptly, and we never had to chase him to complete things; most of the time he had already completed whatever task was necessary by the time we asked!
