Maria is always fabulous; very professional, friendly and polite. Dr. Johnson is always friendly, engaged and professional as well and I enjoy her approach and the way she explains what work will be required during future visits. Front desk staff is always very polite as well. My only criticism would be that prior to the visit, one reminder, either via email or telephone would suffice. Premier Smile Center is definitely the only dentist group I would go to. Dr Charmaine Johnson is the BEST! Both she and her staff will always take care of you and answer any questions you may have. They all make sure you are completely comfortable and at ease, Try Premier once and you will be sold and become a returning client for life.
I should have given my feedback long ago and many times. Why ?, because I have been helped many times by several people in Dr. Johnson's office. Dr. Johnson herself has spent time to fully explain and answer all my questions. Unfortunately, many doctors do not. Marie is always very friendly and helpful and can make quick and helpful decisions. My first visit at Premier Smile was certainly a pleasant one. I received a warm welcome, a thorough cleaning and helpful advise in maintaining a healthy practice in cleaning my teeth. Most importantly however Dr. Johnson had asked me if I realized I was grinding my teeth and I told her no. She showed me in the mirror the impact of grinding over the years and how stressful it can be on my jaw and on my mussels. Those were exact things I had been experiencing for a long time. I can not begin to describe what amazing staff team members are in Dr. Johnson's office. Caring, loving, knowledgeable people who are lead by the best person ever. Dr. Johnson. She is the epitamy of a great leader, she says thank you to her staff about a million times when handed tools. She listens, she is beautiful inside and out. We will need to continue coming to Doctor Johnson even when we move to Georgia. I feel that I trust in everyone there.
