They left a skip in the middle of the business car park taking up 3 parking bays. I called the Company to ask why they did that and who they left it for. All I got from the Manager was "we'll sort it"! NO apology or idea as to when the issue would be resolved

Awful service, when I phoned to complain, they hung up on me. I wouldn't use this company again, and strongly advise choosing another.

Whilst the skip was delivered on time and the price was about average, they did not collect the skip on the agreed date. After contacting Premier Skip Hire to explain that I needed access they still didn't move the skip until 2 days after agreed leaving me with a whole other set of issues to deal with. I found there lack of customer service disappointing and will not use them again.

First time I have used this company and I do not hesitate to recommend them. From the polite and efficient office staff to the really great drivers they provide a customer focused service. I had to change the skip delivery on the morning it was coming because my building supplier could not deliver as his big lorry had broken down. The skip driver was on his way. They sorted it out without a fuss. I re ordered and when the skip came the driver expertly put it where I wanted it. It was a tight space. Fantastic. He was calm and... read more
