Fantastic service, very professional and hassle free! Chris went above and beyond (particularly finding us a last minute cleaner after ours cancelled).
Excellent service - from site survey to packing fragile items including a grand piano and loads of glass ornaments, unpacking and even hanging heavy mirrors and cabinets. The guys were punctual, professional, positive and patient. Nothing was too much and they went the extra mile to ensure our new home was laid out just as we wanted. Tilly was a great administrator with fabulous communication. The best movers we have used (moved 6 x). I would highly recommend Premier for peace of mind.
Terrible service, over charged and one of the individuals was pocketing things as we noticed things were missing. Were rude and not helpful.
