Applied for a property and carried out all the relevant checks. Still waiting over 1 month later for some sort of acceptance, 👀 wow. Ultimately had to retract my application. Also in the meantime have missed out on other property. Viewed another propert, 2 days, done, moving in, Take Note! No way to treat potential tenants. Very very unprofessional work ethics by Elisha.
Premier seem to be a professional, honest, straightforward agency. All our viewings with them were well-conducted, communication was good, and all questions were answered satisfactorily.
Just started a new tenancy under PPM and the team were absolutely amazing. I mostly liased with Rebecca and she was so helpful in answering all of my questions and honestly went above and beyond for me and my fiancé. Couldn't have asked for better.
